Spencers is one of the oldest Property Maintenance Companies in New Zealand. We’re the country’s largest privately owned, independent property maintenance business, with a history of high performance going back over more than four decades.
We are a customer-focused business and our ethos is that "we make our customers problems go away". We believe in building and fostering honest, open, long-term relationships with our customers and subcontractors. Many of our customers and sub-contractors have been with us from the very start of our business, over forty years ago
We offer a full range of property repair, maintenance and upgrade services to government and commercial clients. We employ management, field staff and administrative personnel, as well as health and safety and quality assurance teams. We combine their expertise with that of trades' contractors and consultants to deliver prompt, efficient, high quality work within required timeframes.
