One of the biggest information technology (IT) firms in the Philippines today, SMITS Inc. is in charge of overseeing the IT operations of San Miguel Corporation, the biggest and most diverse conglomerate in the Philippines. The company provides IT consulting, project implementation, and support services to the San Miguel Group and a limited number of non-San Miguel clients. It employs approximately 500 IT specialists and business process experts.
