The use of non- pupil dilation fundus cameras, able to capture and transfer wirelessly eye images. These fundus cameras will be deployed in population clusters within cities in peripheral or outlying areas.
All the transferred eyes images are remotely graded by a portal embedded with Skainom Artificial Intelligence deep learning software to automatically detect normal eyes (without symptoms of Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma, Cataract and Age Related Macular Degeneration)
The Skainom Artificial Intelligence will then categorize all eye screening results into 2 groups.

(B) Not Normal eyes is a cohort of pathological findings of symptoms in eye images of Diabetic Retinopathy, Age Related Macular Degeneration, Cataract and Glaucoma. Patient diagnosed with these 4 symptoms will be recommended to see an ophthalmologist immediately.

This single code color and symbol, in many countries will transcend language barriers and will inform the patients whether they are required to see an ophthalmologist for a treatment.
If symptoms of the 4 major causes of preventable blindness are detected early, a day will come when avoidable blindness is eradicated.
