Description
Society of Indonesian Science Journalists (SISJ) merupakan sebuah wadah antara jurnalis sains dan ilmuwan untuk memberikan literasi ilmu pengetahuan terhadap publik dan pengambil kebijakan. SISJ didirikan di Jakarta pada tahun 2014 oleh 13 jurnalis sains Indonesia yang telah bekerjasama dengan The World Federation of Science Journalists (WFSJ) dalam melaksanakan pelatihan jurnalisme sains di Asia (Science Journalism Cooperation (SjCOOP) Asia). Harry Surjadi, jurnalis sains senior yang saat ini menjabat sebagai salah satu board member di WFSJ, adalah penggagas utama SISJ.
