As an Approved Training Organisation (ATO), SRA provides WSQ training & masterclass workshops to help enrich & uplift our retail workers & retail leadership. SRA is proud to be appointed Programme Partner for Enterprise Singapore’s “Global Ready Talent”(GRT) initiative and the Workforce Singapore’s revamped “Career Conversion Programme -Retail Industry (CCP-RI).
SRA has over 520 members & it’s membership reflects the diversity and vibrance of Singapore’s retail industry.
SRA works in close partnership with government bodies such as Enterprise Singapore, Singapore Tourism Board, and National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and also industry-related ministries such as Enterprise Singapore, Singapore Tourism Board, Workforce Singapore, Infocomm Media Authority as well as with foreign embassies and fellow trade associations and private organisations to better represent the interests of its members and to facilitate communication and strengthen understanding between the government, business partners and the retail community.
