Headquartered in Singapore and with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, SLMC comprises a fast-growing and dynamic team of passionate and experienced property professionals with proven track record in real estate investment, asset management, finance and capital management.
SLMC was incorporated on 22 November 2019 as a joint venture between Sim Lian Holdings Pte Ltd ("Sim Lian") and Metro Holdings Limited ("Metro"). SLMC is the appointed asset and investment manager of the Trusts to manage the Portfolio.
Sim Lian is an investment holding and development company, invested in a wide range of asset types across various markets in Asia. The company also has asset management business with deep expertise and a strong track record in the key real estate markets in Asia, in particular Singapore and Australia.
Metro is a property development and investment group listed on the Main Board of SGX-ST that operates two core business segments - property investment and development, and retail - and focuses on key markets in Singapore, China, Australia, Indonesia and the United Kingdom.
