Siklus is reinventing the future of retail by delivering refills of everyday needs to door - without plastic waste. We want our customers to save more than just money, delivering change right to their doorstep. Customers can order our refill bikes via our app or WhatsApp and use their own containers to refill detergent, shampoo, cooking oil and more at a lower cost. We use technology to dispense safely and precisely, to optimize our supply chain and allow brands to interact with their customers. As such, we are the next, sustainable model of retail: Mobile, tech-driven, and affordable.
Since our inception a year ago, we have formed brand partnerships with major FMCGs including Nestle, Wings, P&G, RB, and more, launched our seller and customer app, and raised funding from VCs Teja Ventures and prominent angel investors including from GoJek's C-level and partners from renowned VCs. We have been growing our customer base and sales and are now looking to scale. We need you to make this happen and bring the refill revolution across Indonesia!
