Description
Sherwin Kelly and Company came about in July 2019, following a chance meeting between two like minded professionals within taxation and accounting. Ronald Sherwin and Sean Kelly have been practising within their own private firms as accountants and tax agents for a number of years in Melbourne, with Ron first beginning in 1991, and Sean beginning shortly after in 1995.
Knowing they share the same values of deep expertise, excellent service and a down to earth environment for clients, it only made sense that they combine their practices. In McKinnon under their shared name, Sherwin Kelly and Company, Ron and Sean opened a new firm.
The majority of their longstanding clients have continued their relationships with Ron, Sean and their staff, Brownynn and Lynne. Sherwin Kelly and Company prides itself on creating an environment, service and advice its clients can feel comfortable with and know they can trust.
In June of 2020, Sherwin Kelly and Company was approached by Graeme Flew, the owner of G.L. Flew & Associates. As a result of recent surgery, Graeme was looking for a similar small firm to his own that would be able to incorporate his client base. Having known Ronald Sherwin personally for over 25 years, Graeme knew that Sherwin Kelly and Company would provide the same personal experience that he had provided for his clients for decades. The incorporation of G.L. Flew & Associates took place in July, 2020.
