Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STP) Mataram (Mataram Tourism Insitute) adalah Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata pertama di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) berdasarkan SK Kemenristek Dikti Nomor: 416/KPT/I/2017 Tanggal 26 Juli 2017. STP Mataram merupakan perubahan bentuk dari Akademi Pariwisata (AKPAR) Mataram yang telah eksis dan berkembang di NTB sejak tahun 1997. Selama perjalananaya tersebut kedua program studi D3 Perhotelan dan D3 Perjalanan Wisata dengan akreditasi B. S1 Pariwisata dengan akreditasi Baik Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STP) Mataram bernaung dibawah yayasan Kertya Wisata Mataram. Selain mengelola AKPAR Mataram sejak tahun 1997, sebelumnya yayasan ini mengelola Vocational Training (Voctra: program 3 bulan, 6 bulan, 1 Tahun) dengan nama P4B cabang Mataram sejak tahun 1986. Bahkan yayasan ini tercatat sebagai yayasan pertama di NTB yang berkontribusi menyiapkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) bidang pariwisata untuk mengisi hotel-hotel sejak dibukanya Kawasan Wisata Sengigi
