In 2005, on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand, a French expatriate named Hervé Droin made an astonishing yet convincing observation that there were no natural cosmetic products available in the country. As a result, in 2006 he decided to create his own brand, Secret of Samui.
Hervé collaborated with a famous chemist who had worked with one of the world's largest cosmetic brands to create a complete range of products using local natural ingredients such as Thaï flowers, Coconut, Lemongrass…
Initially, he offered his products to hotels, spas and luxury villas in Koh Samui, who quickly adopted the Secret of Samui range to provide their customers with a unique natural experience.
But Hervé did not stop there. He wanted to introduce his products to a wider audience and began offering them to tourists and individuals visiting the island. Soon, the Secret of Samui brand became a symbol of quality and authenticity for those seeking natural beauty products.
Today, Secret of Samui is a flourishing business that continues to develop its range of natural, locally sourced ingredient products. The brand is a tribute to the natural beauty of Koh Samui and a celebration of the richness of Thai nature.
