Seashells Hospitality Group Pty Ltd (SHG) is one of Western Australia’s leading hospitality management companies specialising in the management and marketing of a range of 4 ½ star AAA rated, self-catering, apartment-style tourism accommodation.
The Company’s founders have been in the Tourism and Hospitality industry since 1989 and launched the Seashells brand in 1994 with the opening of the first Seashells Resort Apartments in Scarborough. Prior to that they had established the Sandcastles Holiday Apartments in Scarborough in 1989. Our award-winning Seashells Broome was officially opened in 1998 and has become the premier self-contained resort property in Broome, something of which we are very proud.
We are very satisfied that the Seashells Hospitality Group is recognised by the tourism industry as one of the leading and most innovative tourism operators in Western Australia. It is a reputation that we’ve worked very hard to establish over the years and we have a strong Corporate Plan to expand the Seashells image with further quality, 4 ½ star properties throughout Western Australia.
The company has been approached by a number of tourism landowners keen to develop tourism properties in partnership with SHG. These landowners see the company’s management of the facility and their project management experience as integral to the success of the project concept. This is largely due to the excellent working relationship the company has with the tourism and travel industry and with Tourism Western Australia.
The success of the Seashells Hospitality Group formula is to maintain a focus on providing quality, well-located, self-contained accommodation at a reasonable price in locations where others have already established significant tourism infrastructure, or where there are natural icons of tourism interest and value.
