新加坡华人银行家协会 “Singapore Chinese Banking Professional Association” 是由新加坡华人银行从业人员组成的一个非营利性及非政治性团体，雏形于2006年，在2019年正式本地注册。协会随着新加坡离岸金融行业的蓬勃发展一起成长，也以此为侧重点和凝聚力，现有注册会员两百二十多位，均为各大行和主流资管机构离岸核心业务在职。协会的宗旨是同根同源，通汇贯通，致力于促进华语圈内本地银行从业人员，尤其是离岸财富管理领域人力资源，文化和知识上的交流，并吸引更多的金融相关行业人才来到新加坡，协会会定期的通过组织讲座，业内知识分享等活动来帮助新的成员更快的融入到这个行业.为新加坡在这方面的多元化人才储备，以及其作为区域和全球金融中心的定位与发展出一份力。
Singapore Chinese Banking Professional Association "新加坡华人银行家协会" is a non-profit and non-political group formed by Chinese banking professionals in Singapore. The community was originated in 2007, officially registered in 2019. Backed by the booming growth of Singapore offshore wealth management industry, there are currently more than 220 registered members, all of whom are from major banks and external asset management companies. The purpose of the association is to build a strong bonding network of Singapore Chinese banking professionals and attract more such talents to be based in Singapore, and promote Singapore as the regional and global financial hub. The association is aiming to improve the level of competency of the members by organizing periodic workshops, timely update of information and sharing of industry best practices and to provide support for all newly relocated professionals with similar background.
