Sawmill is an independent, New Zealand owned brewery run by a small and creative team. We brew clean, flavoursome and balanced beer with a Sawmill edge - the willingness to think for ourselves.
Independence to us means thinking for ourselves. We have an ethos of resourcefulness and there is a strong focus on the environmental impact of our business. Sawmill is New Zealand’s only B-Corp certified brewery.
