With the passing of time, the products of P.T. Sansan Saudaratex Jaya has developed and has become a Textile and Garment company that’s very modern, supported with intensive technology and human resources who are highly credible.
Our textile specialization is the Continuous Vat Dyeing Process, Pigment Dyeing and Reactive Dyeing for Woven fabrics, and the products which we yield has been known, recognized and in demand as a product that excels, both in the domestic market as well as the Global Market.
With the support of Continuous Machines, Semi-Continuous Machines and Dis-Continuous Machines and the total dyeing production of our dyeing house that reaches 2.000.000 meters/month, we also make ourselves available in accepting CMT Job orders for the processes sizing, weaving and dyeing, for all sorts of woven fabric.
The Garment division started the business focusing on export market for brands located in the US and Europe. Now we have expanded the market to Japan, Middle East, and Indonesian domestic market.
Our garment division specialized in making casual shirts, casual pants, as well as formal pants. We have our own laundry and embroidery departments with cutting edge technology.
We are focusing our commitment to produce high quality garments while maintaining the sustainability with the use of carbon efficient machines and automated machines.
Our garment division has a capacity of more than 1,500,000 pieces garments per month, divided into several different product groups.
