With 14 years experience playing Tibetan, Crystal and Alchemy Singing Bowls, it’s our honour to create a sacred soundscape for you to bliss out.

A lifelong meditator and trained therapist Lisa recently returned to creating sacred sounds after her own healing crisis. The joy of living and being able to create nurturing soundscapes in nature is what makes Lisa’s heart sing.

Besides our regular schedule of free community singing bowl meditations by the sea, we offer a bespoke few wellness sessions and organise Day Retreats. We work with wellness professionals locally to contribute to child and parent mental and physical health through, yoga, movement and sound classes, free of charge to the community, as often as we gain funding to run.

We believe all should be able to experience the tranquillity of sound meditation and regularly offer free and affordable events for locals and tourists alike.
