Saigon Construction & Building Material Association, referred to as SACA, was established on May 18, 1991, under the Decision No. 202/QD-UB dated 22/06/1991 by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
SACA Association operates and is under the state management of the industry by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.
SACA Association is one of the social and professional organizations with a long history that always adheres to its principles and objectives, which are to unite and consolidate its members; protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members; support each other in production activities effectively, contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.
Activities of the Association includes:
- Organizing activity programs for each specialized sector committee.
- Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members according to the law.
- Gathering and uniting members; organizing and coordinating activities among members for the common benefits of the Association; adhering to the principles and objectives of the Association.
- Representing members to participate and make recommendations to competent authorities on policies and strategies related to the Association's activities according to the law.
