RUMAH ZIS UGM merupakan unit kerja pengelola dana zakat, infaq, shodaqoh dan dana kemanusiaan Universitas Gadjah Mada yang berdiri pada tanggal 22 September 2008 (22 Ramadhan 1429 H) di Komplek Masjid Kampus UGM. Sejak tahun 2016, RUMAH ZIS UGM ditetapkan sebagai Unit Pengumpul Zakat Badan Amil Zakat Nasional provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (UPZ BAZNAS DIY) dengan izin pembaharuan nomor 21/SK-UPZ/X/2025.

RUMAH ZIS UGM merupakan UPZ Kampus pertama di Indonesia setelah diterbitkannya Peraturan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (PERBAZNAS) nomor 2 tahun 2016. Ketua BAZNAS RI saat itu yaitu Prof. Dr. Bambang Sudibyo, M.B.A., Ak., CA. yang juga merupakan Guru Besar FEB UGM mengarahkan RUMAH ZIS UGM untuk menjadi pionir UPZ KAMPUS dan percontohan bagi kampus lain di Indonesia.

Visi RUMAH ZIS UGM adalah mewujudkan suatu lembaga zakat kampus terdepan dan menjadi acuan lembaga zakat di seluruh kampus di Indonesia. Sedangkan misi RUMAH ZIS UGM adalah mengumpulkan dan menyalurkan dana ZIS dari dan untuk civitas akademika UGM dan masyarakat di sekitar kampus UGM.
