Risshikan is a tutoring institution that originated from Osaka, Japan. Although Risshikan in Osaka teaches all subjects in school, Risshikan Indonesia focuses on teaching Mathematics and Japanese only.
Risshikan came to Indonesia in 2012, in collaboration with JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) in the context of a mathematics teaching project for elementary students in Surabaya.
Risshikan Osaka alone has more than 35 branches with more than 30 years experience. Risshikan Indonesia began operating as an official tutoring institution since September 2013, and is the first and only international branch of Risshikan Osaka.
VISION To be the leading and largest Japanese Tutoring Institution and able to contribute significantly to the future of Indonesian children.
MISSION 1. Introducing Mathematics learning methods from Japan.
2. Guiding young people who are able to contribute to the development of Indonesian science and technology in the future.
3. Providing insight into Japanese language and culture to the younger generation in Indonesia, so that they are able to strengthen relations between Indonesia and Japan.
