Retrac’s IT services team operate from our office in Melbourne and can support users worldwide. Retrac provide access to our 24/7 helpdesk and specialised skills where required. Retrac’s Helpdesk have problems fixed remotely and quickly – usually within minutes. We have an integrated ticketing system to keep track of service requests, procurement, device management and projects.
With our own datacentre based right here in Melbourne’s Next DC M1 facility, Retrac can provide hosting services for our clients use at any moment. Next DC is one of the largest most secure data centres in Australia.
Becoming a Retrac client, you and your team will have access to fibre connectivity in locations around Australia that provide secure low contention network services from your locations directly to Retrac’s data centre. This provides unrivalled access to Retrac’s services, as well as fast private access to Microsoft, Amazon, and Google services to name a few.
Retrac are Microsoft Surface approved. Complimenting this, Retrac offer the full range of Microsoft services, these include, but are not limited to, Office 365, Azure hosting, Skype for Business Cloud PABX (Phone Systems).
Retrac are a Cisco Select Certified Partner. This certification allows Retrac to offer special pricing and delivery of Cisco’s Security, Network, Server & Wireless products to our clients. We have a skilled team of engineers who are often called on by other IT companies to assist with support and implementation of such equipment.
