We are a multi-functional property company made up of three divisions:
1. Retailspace Developments: working on new, and existing commercial properties, including retail shopping centres, medical and healthcare complexes.
2. Retailspace Medical: delivering medical developments, medical leasing, medical property management and advisory.
3. Retailspace Agency: providing successful outcomes for our clients’ medical, retail and other commercial assets by providing services including leasing, management, sales and leasing.

1. Property Management, Leasing and Sales – maintaining and facilitating to ensure customers are happy, tenants are satisfied and landlords are well rewarded.
2. Asset Management and Strategic Planning – rethinking, redesigning and re-aligning to meet challenges and create value.
3. Property Development – driving the development process from inception to completion.
Current Portfolio of work includes:
Central Brunswick: where we identified an under-performing asset and substantially enhanced its value by gaining approval for a 25-level re-development. We completing a partial renovation, renewing leases for existing tenants and securing a range of new tenants.
Wesley Specialist Centre: where we delivered high-level strategic advice on tenancy mix and managed the leasing and feasibility analysis. We secured the necessary tenant pre-commitments to enable construction to commence.
Brassall Village: where we conceived and designed a re-configuration of the shopping centre. We proposed and instigated a new strategic tenancy mix, securing pre-commitment from an IGA supermarket and coordinated refurbishments while simultaneously managing the property.
Coolum Markets: where we managed the application process for approval to modify the asset and build a new petrol station, which will greatly enhance the value and customer appeal.
