Established in 1985 by Ian Crooks, we were first to focus exclusively on accommodation business and property sales. Today, the company continues to command a firm and growing position of market leadership.
This is proudly a family business. Ian Crooks’ expertise and contribution to the sector are widely known and respected. Now, a second generation has made its mark, taking the dynamic ResortBrokers team to new levels of operation and success.
While motels, management rights and caravan parks remain our core business, expansion has focused on emerging areas of demand, in particular, Off-The-Plan Management Rights associated with large-scale apartment developments, and our dedicated Resort Brokers Hotels division.
With a deep understanding of this unique sector, we are adept at evaluating the market and we have nurtured firm relationships with a vast network of owners and operators, both in Australia and across Asia-Pacific.
