We are willing to provide in-depth, longer-term therapy with people who wish to understand themselves at a much deeper level. To gently and courageously investigate what makes you you. To look at where you have come from, where your family has come from, connect the dots and provide the opportunity to bring about a cohesive sense of belonging, strength in who you are and or a clearer direction for moving forward.

Through a real connection we aim to leave you with lasting transformation through increased awareness of multiple facets; self, spirit, body, emotions, thoughts, family, work, values, meaning, purpose, connection, relationships and responsibility. Ultimately, what it means to be human and to make the most of this life we live.

Whether you meet with us for three sessions or thirty, we will bring our best selves to accept you for everything you are and attentively work with you, one step at a time.
