RWCES has evolved from the highly successful Ray White Double Bay Commercial division which was established by Grant Whiteman in 1989.
In 2002, Grant decided to build on this platform of experience and formed Ray White Commercial Eastern Suburbs in a joint venture with Ray White Double Bay.
In July 2023, RWCES merged with Ray White Commercial (DB) which was established by Zorick Toltsan, Elliott Placks and Michael Krimotat in February 2022 which was the newly created commercial division of the Ray White Double Bay Group.
With the merger of both businesses, RWCES is bigger and better than ever and provides a complete range of specialist commercial property services in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs from sales, leasing and asset management.
