RANT ARTS IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ARTS SERVICE ORGANISATION BASED IN REGIONAL TASMANIA.
We are a creative producer, facilitator, administrator and service provider for regional arts in Tasmania. Our key priorities are regional arts, youth arts and health and wellbeing in the arts. RANT administers the Federal Regional Arts Fund (RAF) in Tasmania.
Focused upon building the capacity of Tasmanian artists, arts workers, organisations and communities, we provide a wide array of support services, programs and projects. We also manage a social media platform with a dedicated arts network of over 5000 people.
The value RANT’s programs has been recognised by five Resilient Australia Awards, two City of Launceston Community Recognition Awards and recognition by the Tasmanian LiFE Awards for its contribution in raising community mental health literacy, suicide prevention and destigmatisation of mental ill health.
RANT Arts’ key personnel are certified in mental health first aid. Our organisation is an associate member of the Mental Health Council of Tasmania, a signatory of the National Communications Charter and a registered member of B4 Early Years Coalition.
