QVS was established in Brisbane in 1982 to provide specialised patient care across a range of disciplines via referrals from veterinarians.
Surgeons at QVS provide a range of soft tissue, oncologic and orthopaedic procedures including:

Internal Medicine accepts referrals seven days a week and commonly perform procedures such as bone marrow aspirates, CSF collection, endotracheal washes, joint taps and feeding tube placement.
Services available include: Ultrasound, MRI, Digital Xray and Endoscopy. QVS has a complete range of endoscopes, enabling us to perform endoscopy of the gastrointestinal, respiratory (rhino, broncho), and urogenital tracts.
Our Reproduction service was founded by reproduction specialist, Dr Philip Thomas in 1990 and offers assistance with:

We accept all referrals in oncology, most commonly for lymphoma, mast cell tumours, osteosarcoma and soft tissue sarcomas. We provide all aspects of treatment, including diagnosis, staging, surgery and chemotherapy.
Dermatology for Animals provides services including:
+ Allergen-specific immunotherapy for atopic skin disease and feline asthma + Treatment of immune-mediated and neoplastic skin conditions + Diagnosis and treatment of ear diseases
