Our motto is Great Quality at the Right Price with Outstanding Service.
A small Australian-owned business, our name says it all. Our commitment to our customers is to provide high quality products and excellent service at the right price.
Based in Canberra, with a warehouse in Sydney, we have been importing a wide range of goods from China since 2009. We sell these products to retailers, wholesalers and directly to the public. You won’t find all our products online because some of them are only available through retail outlets. We also source products directly for business customers.
Graham, the driving force behind QPS Importers, travels to China regularly, to source new products, to oversee quality control and to visit suppliers. Kathy helps him part-time with marketing and the website. Kathy enjoys visiting China with Graham and attending trade shows in Australia and overseas.
In addition to selling products to retailers, wholesalers and direct to the public, QPS Importers provides Do It Yourself Importing Assistance to people who are interested in importing products for themselves. QPS Importers also offers bespoke Product Sourcing services to Australian businesses, from finding suppliers or conducting quality inspections through to an end-to-end and door-to-door service.
Recently Graham established QPS Exporters, to export Australian made products to China. Products include lanolin skincare, baby care products, wine and honey.
