With offices in both Brisbane and Townsville, QAT has been a leader in the insurance repair market since its establishment, offering total building solutions across Queensland and the Northern Rivers of NSW. Our team are always on hand to assist our clients in their time of need; with services including prompt make safe response, mitigation, reporting and property reinstatement following a claimable event.
Our Managing Director Kristy Clinton founded QAT with her father Bruce Turner in 1999. Their goal was to create a flexible and dynamic workplace, that would be more than just a place of business. Today the QAT team consists of 26 energetic and passionate staff, who are a true testament to the culture and vision of the founding Directors.
Our personal approach to claim management has seen QAT become the first point of call for our clients when they are faced with complex and sensitive claims. We recognise that our internal trades and trade partners are a reflection on not only our business, but the entire customer experience. Employing our own internal multi-skilled trade staff gives us the flexibility for rapid response, and prioritising urgent and sensitive claims as needed.
Since our humble beginnings 19 years ago, QAT has expanded its operation across various sectors of the construction industry, including Commercial, State and Local Government works. Having a diverse operation has complimented our insurance arm, and enhanced our capabilities with increased strength of our trade partners during volume claim situations.
Our construction team, supported by our robust external trade partners (many of whom work exclusively for QAT), are perfectly suited to handle any project large or small.
As a business we never stop evolving, we embrace change and innovation, but fundamental to our success and future is the recognition that our extraordinary people are our best asset.
