Pusat Studi Hukum dan Kebijakan Energi Baru dan Terbarukan atau Center of New and Renewable Energy Law and Policy (CNERP) berada di bawah Fakultas Hukum Universitas Airlangga. Merupakan pusat studi hukum energi pertama dan satu-satunya di Indonesia yang berada dalam lingkup fakultas hukum.

Pusat studi ini mengkaji perkembangan hukum energi, baik energi fosil maupun energi baru dan terbarukan. Kajian ditujukan guna mendukung pengembangan keilmuan hukum energi melalui perannya sebagai rekomendator kebijakan energi, pendorong visi transisi energi dan emisi nol, serta pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kami mengadakan konferensi nasional setiap tahunnya sebagai ajang akademik pengembangan hukum dan kebijakan energi.
