Victoria Sekuritas Indonesia was established on 2011 and since January 2012 has commenced operational activities of securities company as a result of organizational restructuring conducted by its holding company, PT Victoria Investama, Tbk (formerly PT Victoria Sekuritas).
In continuing the securities company by committing to provide the finest services to its stakeholders, VSI obtained its securities company license from the Financial Services Authority or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (formerly Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Board or Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan) to engage in Brokerage and Underwriting and has become a member of Indonesia Stock Exchange.
In order to run its business and to provide comprehensive services to its customers, VSI has obtained certain permits from Indonesia Stock Exchange to enter into margin transaction, become a participant in Centralized Trading Platform-Report Receiver of Security Transaction and to conduct trades of Debt Security, Sharia Bonds (Sukuk) and Asset Backed Security. Victoria Securities offer financial services to various clients including individual and institutions, both domestic and foreign, intending to enter Indonesian capital market.
