Representative office in Indonesia first established on 1974 when the first staff was sent to be posted abroad in Indonesia. And on 2007, PT. Setsuyo Astec received approval from Indonesian government’s market open policy with the slogan of trading company technology which submitted to Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
Since then, import-export sales for PT. Setsuyo Astec has been approved. Strengthen by import sales of materials from overseas manufacturer, we are aiming for business expansion, cooperating with overseas group companies.
Our company’s strongest point is having sales offices in 10 countries, mainly for Asian markets including Taiwan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, India, Vietnam, and Philippine. We try our best to fulfill customer’s needs in providing products, as well as support and service (before and after).
Especially for high voltage power distribution facilities, in Factory Automation, together the Japanese technicians and local engineers work on hardware equipment and software system in order to meet customer’s request and demand in a certain period of construction work.
We are waiting for a system which can answer customer’s various requests and demand including procurement of simple equipment and newly-established line, build additional facilities, or facilities renewal check.
