Untuk itu diperlukan forum education sekaligus sharing experiences dari pelaku bisnis properti yang sudah berhasil. Baik untuk memenuhi knowledge pelaku bisnis properti, maupun untuk dunia perbankan. Dengan adanya transfer of knowledge dari setiap program yang dilaksanakan diharapkan ada timbal balik yang konstruktif bagi kedua belah pihak sehingga tercipta sinergi.
