Visi utama PTPN XI adalah menjadi perusahaan agroindustri yang unggul di Indonesia melalui pengelolaan dan pengembangan agroindustri berbasis tebu serta diversifikasi usaha untuk memberi nilai tambah melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya yang berwawasan lingkungan.
