Sebagai salah satu anak perusahaan PT Krakatau Baja Konstruksi yang didirikan pada tanggal 22 Februari 2013, PT Krakatau Konsultan merupakan Perusahaan Penyedia jasa Konsultan yang berkantor pusat di Jl. Industri No.5, Kel. Ramanuju, Kec. Purwakarta, Kota Cilegon, Banten 42441.
Saat ini PTKK telah memiliki Sertifikat Badan Usaha (SBU) dan Sertifikat Keahlian (SKA) personil yang memadai. Sebagai salah satu standar Internasional, pada tahun 2015 PTKK sudah memperoleh Sertifikat ISO 9001:2008 mengenai Sistem Manajemen Mutu dan sudah diperbaharui menjadi ISO 9001:2015 pada tahun 2018, ISO 14001:2015 Mengenai Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan, dan ISO 45001:2018 mengenai Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) pada tahun 2019. Tiga sertifikat ISO tersebut diperoleh melalui badan sertifikasi independen terkemuka yaitu LRQA (Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance).
Melaui Visi, Misi, Budaya dan komitmen untuk menjalankan Quality Management System dan konsisten melakukan perbaikan, PTKK berharap dapat memenuhi harapan para pelanggan, untuk itu suara/harapan pelanggan merupakan hal yang penting bagi PTKK sebagai masukan untuk selalu melakukan peningkatan pelayanan dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap kinerja PTKK.
