Since 2015, Kaas Crew Services Indonesia has played a key role to clients in the maritime industries worldwide. Through close relationships in the Indonesia & Asia market and our international network, we understand how important maritime crew are to an organization in the maritime industry. By combining knowledge, strength and support, we can focus to place professionals in positions specific to their areas of expertise from one employee to a total crew, short or long term, on a temporary or full-time basis.
In this way, Kaas Crew Services Indonesia has become a niche player, able to take a prominent position in the recruitment, selection and secondment of personnel and consultants. We manage the Human Resource Department with dedication on behalf of our customers. We offer total crew management for all ranks, for all types of vessels around the world.
We have an extensive database of highly selected, experienced and STCW-95 Amendment 2010 certified seafarers for various types of vessels, readily available upon request. They are screened by our expert recruiting team. These seafarers are products of the finest maritime academies and training centers.
One of the most important in Indonesia maritime crewing industry is about certification and legal permit for recruitment and placement crew on board (SIUPPAK). Since 2016, we are certified with SIUPPAK by Indonesia Sea Transportation Ministry.
