PT. Intec Persada is a manufacturing company for polymer and polymer matrix composite(PMC) material types of glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) which was established in 1999 in collaboration with a German international company, Tholander Ablufttechnik GmbH.
Model and ISO 9001 quality management system certified since 2010.
The first company in Indonesia to manufacture building material products from PMC GFRP polymer and composite materials using modern automatic machines namely: Continuous Laminating Machine, Pultrusion Machine, Extrusion Injection Molding, SMC Production Line, and SMC Hydraulic Press.
Products made from unique materials from France, Japan, and Asahi Chemical Indonesia produced are made for industrial buildings and various components mainly: energy-efficient lighting roofs, chemical-resistant rust-resistant heavy-industrial factory roofs, cool-rust-resistant roofs, gutters, and curtains chemical resistant.
Standardization of material quality and product quality refers to the International Standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and Underwriters Laboratories (UL), British Standards (BS), and International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The production capacity for roof lighting and factory stainless roofing is 6000 meters running/day, for roofing stainless steel is 4500 meters running/day, and gording is 150 meters running/day. The raw materials used are high-quality from world-renowned brands: POLYNT Composites (Total Group, France), Jushi and Torray (ex-Japan), and Asahi Chemical Indonesia.
All products are guaranteed for 10-15 years.
