PT. Human Resources Indonesia Andalan was established at Jakarta by Ms. Han xuya, her original purpose is improving human resources quality and provide more job opportunities. Before this, Ms. Han used to be a senior journalist at a Chinese newspaper of Jawa Pos Group, during visits across Indonesia, she found that many people's lives were so poor, they can't find employment opportunities because they don't have good job skills or can only do some physical work with little pay. This made her realize that in order to improve the situation of these people, it is necessary to develop vocational and technical education and let them learn more employment skills for compete good job. Therefore, Ms. Han established the HRI together with her friends in December 2015.
At the beginning of the company, HRI just for help the poorest people find a job as an agency, take them from the countryside to Jakarta, and do some relatively simple basic work, such as baby sister, driver, security, waiter. As more and more Chinese investors came to Indonesia open business, set up company, In October 2016, HRI open the recruitment service，which started an important transformation. We recruit local employees for foreigners, especially China companies. We provide recruitment services for professionals at middle management to leadership levels, such as financial and accounting, human resources, legal, marketing and sales, procurement & supply chain, construction and e-commerce.
Most of our team recruiters have good education from overseas, as Singapore, China, Taiwan or USA, can speak Indonesia, English and Chinese, and also have an international mindset. In our team, have some experienced consulates in human resources field, but more young people, 80 percent are post-90s, At the end of 2018, HRI built the outsourcing services team, and we established the strategic partnership with the world biggest outsourcing group FESCO Adecco group, became their outsourcing supporter in Indonesia.
