PT Dewi Sri Maritim, called as DSM Crew Management and Manning, is a manning agent company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We started as a crew department for our parent company, PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk (BLT), which provides crew services for the internal group. DSM was established as independent manning agent company on 2018 to still serve the group and as addition, the third party customers. DSM manages about 400 crew recently and has about 2,000 crew data base.
Our parent company, BLT, is a leading Indonesian shipping company specialized for chemical tanker and LPG carrier operator. The company was established in 1981 and listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. The company fleet recently trading in domestic Indonesia, intra South East Asia, up to East Cost India and Far East Asia. In the past the company was present worldwide.
