PT Akasia Multi Talenta berdiri sejak 2016 dengan menggunakan brand “Excellent Management”, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dengan membuka pelatihan terkait pengembangan SDM, kepemimpinan, pelayanan dan keterampilan pekerja untuk publik maupun perusahaan. Kegiatan banyak beroperasi di Kota Bandung, Jakarta, Yogyakarta dan Sorong (Papua Barat).

Dikarenakan para pendiri merupakan praktisi Human Resources dari Industri pertambangan dan MiGAS, maka kebanyakan projek maupun peserta pelatihan memang di dominasi dari industri ini.

Untuk merubah citra ini dan untuk menjangkau pasar dan industri yang lebih luas di tahun 2021 kita mulai memperkenalkan nama panggung baru, yaitu: “KelasHR” (www.kelashr.com) yang berfokus pada pelatihan, sertifikasi, dan konsultasi terkait bidang Human Resources, Leadership, dan pengelolaan organisasi.
