Propagule is a professional landscape architecture firm servicing public and private sector clients. The firm’s diversified network of collaborative professionals includes landscape architects, engineers, urban designers, planners, scientists and management professionals. Propagule provides a blend of local knowledge, innovation, low overheads and technical excellence in delivering great value and creative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and the community.
Propagule was established in 2017 in East Fremantle with a vision to provide WA’s landscape architecture industry with an affordable, efficient and convenient design service. Propagule's Director, Julian Croudace brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to projects via a well-connected network of client relationships across a broad range of sectors. Our work is well regarded and evidenced through many awards for projects within our portfolio. We ensure all projects are well-serviced, technically reviewed and delivered in a timely manner and we pride ourselves on working collaboratively to meet specific project milestones or schedules.
Our safety record remains free of workplace incidents due to our commitment to Safety in Design. Our registration with WA’s Construction White Card and numerous safety inductions and training through years of landscape contract administration experience verifies our capacity to comply with the highest level of safety standards. Our digitally-based SWMS and inspection forms allow us to keep agile records of site activities and inspections with an automated defects and incident tracking system.
Our digital reporting system extends beyond simple communications to include a broad array of graphic and technical software capabilities. These are packaged via an efficient and up-to-date workflow using an extensive data library to deliver compelling sets of graphic communications that are technically-grounded and compliant.
