The traditional staffing model is undergoing a period of significant transition. Employers are decreasing the numbers of full time staff and opting for a more flexible workforce citing benefits such as:

For Employers, Pronto Talent provides you with access to a large database of local Talent on a completely open and transparent basis. You can search and receive bids from Talent. You will have complete access to the Talent’s qualifications, experience, expected hourly rate, past reviews and availability.
