Rehab Gym Movement is our Medicine and we have created a state-of-the-art space to deliver evidence based exercise rehabilitation. Our Physio Rehab zone utilises modern Pilates equipment and our Functional Rehab Gym is equipped with the latest cardiovascular, strength and functional equipment to help you achieve your goals.
