Professional Migrant Women (PMW) is an organisation that aims to maximise the potential and contribution of professional migrant women through meaningful employment. We provide a supportive community, access to professional networks and opportunities for professional development.
Professional migrant women face many challenges when it comes to entering the workforce. From family responsibilities, social isolation, lack of understanding of the Australian job market, lack of personal support and lack of professional networks, finding a job is not an easy task. Our mission is to change that.
Through a combination of connection, professional development, mentoring, and visibility opportunities, PMW provides migrant women with the tools, networks, and support needed to build confidence, grow their careers, and lead with impact.
Our core offerings include:
- The PMW Level Up Platform: An all-in-one digital space to access events, mentoring, peer support, and more
- Monthly online sessions: From masterclasses to our signature "In Conversations With..." series
- Connection Circles: In-person meetups across Australia to foster local community
