Hand-rolled soft Pretzels originated from a small booth at a farmer's market in Southern Pennsylvania. Unknown to Anne Beiler, founder of Auntie Anne's, she was starting a multimillion-dollar business that would go beyond the boundaries of Pennsylvania and even the U.S.
Here in the Philippines, Pretiolas Philippines Inc. (PPI) is the exclusive country developer and master franchise holder of Auntie Anne's.
PPl opened its first store at the SM City North Edsa on December 6, 1995, with no less than "Auntie" Anne Beiler gracing the occasion. It did not take long for the Filipinos to embrace and love the entirely new concept offered by Auntie Anne's.
This 2025, Auntie Anne's is celebrating its 30 years in the Philippines and has more than 93 branches in various major malls in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao aiming to create and maintain a formidable stand in the market place, PRETIOLAS PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED, is envisioned to be the leader in the snack food arena aggressively leading its way toward becoming a key player in the food retailing business.
