In 2015 our business became franchisees of Preston Rowe Paterson (PRP). Since joining PRP, our company growth has continued at an even faster rate! We were attracted by their technology and bespoke systems, but as much as anything, we felt a strong cultural fit and a confidence that they cared for their team in the same way that we feel about ours. We also felt that the aggregation of valuation companies that has occurred in Australia would also ultimately occur in New Zealand. We are proud of our association and have no doubt that we are the first of what will be numerous businesses in New Zealand who see similar benefits and who choose to follow our lead. We have a team of over twenty now including a mixture of practising Registered Valuers, a hands-on team of Assistant Valuers and our super friendly and efficient Administration team – otherwise known as “the A Team”.
We provide valuations and consultancy advice for many purposes including selling and buying, for your bank or lending institution, matrimonial purposes, rental and insurance assessments, depreciation, and valuations for taxation purposes to name a few. Our Registered Valuers provide comprehensive and reliable property information to meet your requirements.
We pride ourselves on our competitive fees, professional yet plain language reports and a genuine interest in ensuring a quality/client-centric service through the duration of the job – and beyond.
