PMCV strives to deliver exceptional training opportunities and environments for prevocational doctors throughout all health services in Victoria.

PMCV ensures that prevocational doctors have a voice in their health service and have an outlet for raising concerns about their training and welfare. We connect with our medical educators to strengthen awareness of the needs of prevocational doctors and supports available.

PMCV also facilitates graduate doctor recruitment on behalf of employers by creating collaborative, transparent, and consistent approaches.

PMCV monitors against the Australian Medical Council (AMC) standards to ensure that all prevocational doctors are being appropriately supervised to promote safe patient care.
