Poly Synthesis Pty Ltd is a specialist industrial plastic fabrication company providing engineered polymer solutions to clients across South East Queensland and Australia. Based in Brisbane, we design, fabricate, and install custom thermoplastic equipment for demanding environments where corrosion resistance, reliability, and service life are critical.

Our core capability lies in the fabrication of custom poly tanks, tank liners, bunds, process vessels, and associated pipework using engineering-grade thermoplastics such as HDPE, PE100, PP-H, PVC-U and PVDF. We support a wide range of sectors, including wastewater and water treatment, chemical processing, mining, surface treatment (galvanising and anodising), and broader industrial manufacturing.

Combining trade-qualified polymer fabrication with practical engineering insight, Poly Synthesis focuses on specification-led, fit-for-purpose solutions rather than off-the-shelf products. Our services cover the full lifecycle: from concept support, material selection, and detailed fabrication, through to CNC-cut components, on-site installation, modifications, and repair works.
