Politeknik Harapan Bersama (disingkat Poltek Harber) adalah perguruan tinggi swasta yang berkedudukan di Kota Tegal, Jawa Tengah. Perguruan tinggi ini didirikan pada tahun 2002 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 128/D/O/2002. Politeknik Harapan Bersama berada di bawah naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Harapan Bersama yang dikukuhkan melalui Akta Notaris No. 26-05/BH/yy/2002/ PBH PN. Selain mengajarkan ilmu-ilmu teknik, Poltek Harber juga membuka program studi kesehatan (kebidanan dan farmasi) dan akuntansi. Program pendidikan yang diselenggarakan di PoliTekniK Harapan Bersama dirancang secara khusus untuk menghasilkan tenaga ahli yang mandiri dan profesional pada tingkat jenjang Diploma-3 dan Diploma-4 dengan sistem pendidikan vokasional (70% praktek dan 30% teori), sehingga lulusannya dapat langsung diserap oleh pasar kerja, dan dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi dirinya sendiri maupun orang lain.
