Polaris Consulting menyediakan jasa pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dibidang lingkungan hidup yang disesuaikan dengan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) dan kebijakan pemerintah lainnya. Polaris Consulting bekerjasama dengan Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) yang berlisensi Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) dan telah teregistrasi di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) untuk melakukan sertifikasi kompetensi.

Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 101 Tahun 2014 serta Keputusan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 191 Tahun 2019, Pemerintah secara khusus mengatur kewajiban pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (LB3). Selain itu, pemerintah juga mengeluarkan Peraturan Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) Nomor P.5 dan P.6 tahun 2018 sehingga perusahaan/industri wajib mempekerjakan tenaga kerja pengelola lingkungan bersertifikat kompetensi BNSP.

Sertifikasi berfungsi menjamin kompetensi SDM dalam menjalankan profesi pengendalian pencemaran lingkungan. Selain itu sebagai salah satu syarat penilaian dalam mengikuti Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan (PROPER) yang diadakan Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 3 Tahun 2014.

Pelatihan kami bertujuan untuk mendukung program pemerintah dalam menjamin kompetensi serta daya saing SDM menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA).
