PledgeMe is a crowdfunding platform which helps small to medium sized businesses raise funding to grow their enterprise. We help companies connect with their customer and fan bases and turn them into investors in the business. To date, almost $50 million has been pledged through the platform across New Zealand and Australia.
In New Zealand, we are the only crowdfunding platform that lets Kiwis fund things they care about through equity, lending and project crowdfunding. In Australia, we help businesses grow through equity crowdfunding.
PledgeMe.Equity helps companies raise the funding they need to grow. These campaigns offer equity in return for investment, bringing your crowd into your company and making them investors. If the campaign meets its minimum target, pledgers become shareholders, and have an ongoing stake in the company’s success.
PledgeMe.Lend helps companies and organisations borrow from their crowd to fund the things they care about. These campaigns offer loan notes in return for pledges, connecting your crowd into your organisation’s borrowing. If the campaign meets its minimum target, pledgers become lenders, and are repaid over time with interest at a rate set by the borrower.
PledgeMe.Projects helps Kiwis fund projects through crowdfunding campaigns. Project campaigns enable anyone to turn an idea into reality. It's really easy to post a project campaign, offer rewards and go out to your crowd to ask for support. If your campaign meets its target, the project is funded and pledgers are rewarded.
