Having recently worked in senior corporate roles, and previously assisted countless medical professionals and executives in buying property, I was shocked by how many high-income earners were leaving so much value on the table when purchasing investments.
Despite earning significant incomes, many hadn’t taken steps to maximise their wealth. Some weren’t doing anything, while others were purchasing sub-par assets without much thought or strategy.
What surprised me most was the disconnect between the skills they used daily in their professional lives, analyzing data and assessing risks, and their approach to personal investments. These were highly intelligent people who thrived on logic and evidence in their careers but were either overwhelmed or misinformed when it came to property investment.
I started Plan. Invest. Prosper. (PIP) to bridge that gap. I wanted to provide professionals with a research-backed, data-driven framework for property investment, one that aligns with the critical thinking and analytical skills they already possess.
My goal is to empower people to make smart, future-ready decisions that help them maximise value and truly prosper
